Warranty Policy
Please ensure you read our warranty policy and fully understand its terms and conditions.

We offer warranty service for all our products. Your Helteko warranty is valid and enforceable if you purchased a new product directly from Helteko. Warranty starts from the date of purchase. You can purchased Helteko product from official Helteko web-site ( helteko.com ) or on the Amazon from official verified sellers (Helteko US, Helteko CA).

Helteko has two types of warranty:
  • 2-years warranty for (Tire Inflators DC, AC/DC Tire Inflators, Dual Air Compressors, Vacuum Cleaner, Back Seat Extender)
  • lifetime warranty for other textile products (Car Seat Organizers, Car Seat Protectors)
Warranty Exclusions
  • A product that was purchased from a unverified third-party retailer.
  • A product that is classified as “Used-Like New”, “Used-Very Good”, “Used-Good or “Used-Acceptable”.
  • Any damage or defects as a result of normal wear and tear (such as scratches or deterioration etc).
  • Parts that have reached the end of their expected service life (natural fading of colors or breakdown of materials).
  • Any damage or defects as a result of improper installation, improper use, or improper storage.
  • Any damage or defects as a result of an accident (such as theft or loss of the entire product etc).
  • Any damage or defects that may be attributable to intentional damage.
  • Any damage or defects as a result of exposure to extreme conditions (such as heat or dirt).
  • Any damage or defects as a result of a natural disaster (such as water, fire, earthquake, snowstorm, etc).
  • Any damage or defects as a result of using harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.
Warranty Claim
Please keep in mind that any defect must be reported to Helteko as soon as it’s discovered. This must be within the expected service life of the product. In order to proceed with the warranty, you’re entitled to complete any forms, give additional details (e.g., photos or videos), or provide any proof required in relation to a claim that Helteko may require.

In order to make a claim, you can send an e-mail to support@helteko.com, or use the Contact form on our website. Provide information about your Helteko product like product name, color, and order number, and describe your warranty claim.

RETURNS

Changed your Mind

We really hope you like your purchase however, in the event you do wish to make a return, simply follow the below instructions. Please be aware, that we do not accept returns of used items.

Before return a product - contact customer care service: support@helteko.com, to receive the current delivery address. Select a courier of your choice to return your goods to us: You may return products in whatever way you choose. For example, you may wish to visit Parcel Monkey or other. Please note we do not cover the cost of returns. Cost of returns covered by customer. Please keep your proof of postage like tracking number as we may ask to see it before we process your refund. We will refund 5 days after received and inspecting product. If there is any questions, Helteko support team will contact to get more information. 

Inspecting returned Products. Once your item is received at our warehouse it will be inspected to ensure that it meets our returns eligibility criteria.

Eligibility criteria. To be eligible for a refund, all products you return must be in new condition and in their original packaging. All include all original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories should be included in the return. We do not give refunds on used products or at all on certain products (e.g. underwear/food) for hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if: (i) any signs of wear are present; (ii) parts of the item are missing; and/or (iii) any plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed. We aren’t able to accept any returns that have been used and which are not faulty.

Product not Working as Expected
Our Customer Care Team is knowledgeable and able to resolve most product-related issues quickly and efficiently. For the quickest support, please contact our product experts using the submission form on our Contact page.

If we are unable to fix your issue for you, we will replace the product at no charge for either a brand new or refurbished unit of the same condition as per our warranty policy.

SHIPPING

Free Expedited USA, CA Shipping
As standard, all orders with a domestic delivery address come with Free Expedited Shipping. Your order will arrive within 3-5 working days.

You can opt for a premium shipping method at an additional cost. The premium shipping fee will be calculated during checkout and may vary according to the product & the delivery destination.

To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible we partner with a range of carriers including Amazon Logistics, UPS, FedEx, DPD, DHL, and Royal Mail.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your specific tracking link to allow you to monitor the status of your order.

Shipping Delays
We always endeavor to ship your order on time, However, there may be factors outside our control such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues which may cause delays. We cannot take responsibility for such problems when they are outside our control.

Lost Packages
If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@helteko.com who will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being shipped and signed for at the shipping address our liability ceases. If your package is lost, please contact our Customer Care Team who will deal with the matter.

Damaged Products
We make every effort to ensure the products that you order are shipped in good condition, however, some products can get damaged in transit so we please ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact our Customer Care team with photos at support@helteko.com. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving damaged items, we will deem your order as accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

International Orders:
Now, you can buy Helteko products only in the USA, Canada. We work on expanding and in near future will add more countries. 

If you are outside of the US, please place your order on these dedicated local websites. You will be able to pay in the local currency and benefit from Free Expedited Shipping.
